Yup and last week he started doing things without being asked...this week not. He doesn't follow through to finish things when asked to do them either. I am in process of typing up "greenhorn rules" and his forgotten list.

I honestly got to say you have a lot of patience. If that was my shop and I had him he would be gone already. Cant afford to have someone like him around for very long.

I would take any job in the automotive or aviation field really just to have money coming in.

Currently I am trying to get some things settled first then start looking for a job. Also got to go to NV for a couple weeks so I can see my daughter and pick up some of my stuff and another vehicle.

They are requiring TWIC cards or something more? TWIC cards are easy even with criminal records. I work with quite a few people with criminal records and still have TWIC cards. Just depends on the crime. I believe that's the clearance they need. Airport sheet metal mechanic sounds not too bad.
