Send a bottle of moores as well. mix em 50/50 and it balances out the salinity factor of Dales.

I got a pretty big smoker... wonder if you'd use hickory or some mesquite.....

Definitely Hickory....but I'm thinking grilled over charcoal too...definitely not on a gas grill.

Maybe with some portabello mushrooms....

When I first bought the cobra it had no tint. It was really weird driving a car that people could see inside of.
