I was actually able to get some extra sleep after I woke up for a few. Did I mention tonight is my last night shift!

Morning everyone!

mornin'

We worked on the pool from about 5 till it got dark. Pretty much all down, maybe about an hour's worth of work still, then just load it up and take it to my house. Still have to excavate to installation location though :/

Have fun with that. I had one that came with the house. Only above ground, but still a money pit!

Well you are in Jersey so that was probably some tasty sweet & sour Cat

I love chinese food but I wouldn't eat it in New Jersey....well...because I've been to New Jersey

However the best Chinese I've ever had was Shun Lee in New York City...amazing food!

Just not a fan of eating bait....I love seafood....but cooked seafood. No chance of parasites....now if in Japan I would probably try it but I don't trust it in the U.S. .....In Japan I think they take more care in preparing sushi than they do here but that's just my impression. I'm sure there are some fine places here but I'm not taking any chances. I don't eat raw oysters either

I do like chinese though. Better than sushi or Thai. I don't get Thai. What's with all the cucumbers and weird stuff. I had a bowl of soup from a Thai place once and it had wood floating in it. WTF. Am I supposed to pick my teeth with it or build a raft or something?

just so you know, most sushi you would order in a place here, unless you are ordering sashimi, the meats are typically cooked (smoked, steamed, fried, etc).
