I have this serious desire to shoot a pool like that with my bow. Nice 125 grain broadhead, i just want to do it.

I am good for about a 55yd shot in a 6" circle, im sure i can hit a big blue piece of vinyl from 80+

Steeda sport springs WITHOUT ISOs or Vogtland springs WITH ISOs? Both cost about the same and have roughly the same drop (ISOs vs. No ISOs).

Vogtland: Front - 457-628, Rear - 177-257

Steeda. The Vogtland will give you a better ride at the expensive of handling. Steeda's will be stiffer but handle alot better.

I'm just worried the Steeda's won't be low enough. I don't want it super low cause it's a DD, but I'm sick of it looking like a 4x4 even with the Bullitt springs.

And how do you match shocks/struts to springs?

You don't "match" to springs....you choose shocks/struts for your application and intended use.
