I remember some of the Bullit guys wanted a better shock but didn't want to make a harsh ride. Stockers are actually a decent mix of comfort and road handling.
So some tried the adjustable and could never quite find a setting they liked. Either too firm and jarring or too soft and bouncy. But IIRC most liked the srt.t ride. That's all I know.

Can't afford the yellows. The STR.Ts would be $14 cheaper than I paid for the Tokico HPs. Unless Paul can get them for me for under $324 shipped.

Nathan, imo its truly up to you. There could be that added benefit of the konis being able to be rebuilt so that could save you some doh in the future. That would be something to look into. You can typically send the konis off and have them rebuilt for almost half the cost or so...
I don't think one will be better then the other in terms of performance.

Better save your old ones Nathan so you could at least drive while they're being rebuilt.

It's been bugging me all day. I think I'd rather have the Konis but I don't know if they're worth the trouble. But then I don't want to regret not getting them.

$324. Wish Paul were here to see if he could give me a quote.
I just want to know if it's worth it. If it's not then it's just a waste of my time.

If your struts/dampers are old or worn, I'd think it would be messed up with new springs and spongy old struts/dampers.
