Too nice and too rare for something that will likely be wrecked to some extent within 6 months.
I'd start with something more like this...

Or less. Safe, reliable, slow, cheap on gas.

I'm a horrible parent. I want her to have a car she can think is cool without it being new or expensive like some of her friends no doubt will drive. I'd like for it to be a stick because if you can learn on that you will know it for life.

She's a teenage girl. Get her a V6 and do a couple exterior add-ons like wheels, grill delete, etc. and I'm sure she'll be fine.

Well, is she were a boy I would have called her teenage boy. Makes no difference. V8 plus teen = watch out.

Doesn't matter, the less soul and the less cool the more likely she will be to be safe starting out. Wait until she shows she can handle the responsibility of driving, then later in high school let her move up to something with soul and is cool. Put it on her to decide if she is willing to do the work to get the rewards.

OMG I love these cars.

This was a dream car of mine. I'd love to own one. This car was a super car back in 1990. Holy crap I'd buy it if I didn't already have a rare car I can never drive.

I will buy Jack Stands!!!
Speaking of Mustangs I'm thinking of getting Regan a car. Something more reliable than a Bronco and safer than a 1991 5.0
This would be nice maybe
