Same way here. The PC bullcrap / fear of being labeled racist has gotten so bad that the local news is even falling for it. When there has been a robbery, home invasion, etc. and they tell the story on the news, they have quit giving the race of the person they are looking for unless they are white. They'll show a surveillance tape of the robbery, then tell the height, weight, age, clothing description, and vehicle description and post it on the screen, but not the race of the person if they are black or Hispanic. If its a white guy they include the race every time. Makes no sense at all.

Everybody is so scared to offend anybody that's not white its just getting far to annoying. I thought the music was the most interesting. Not something I would take seriously...

the HU is awesome and working flawlessly, too good in fact. The speakers sound pretty small, if that makes sense. And there's no bass to speak of. After the volume is at a certain level, you can hear the speakers go thud instead of that deep vibration you hear traditionally with base.
They had decent bass before, better than now, so is it just the HU's built in amp overpowering their bass capabilities, or do I have the equalizer screwed up somehow. Seems to be the same situation for each of the equalizer modes.
I'm going with the Kappa's nathan suggested in front, and I'll hook up my old 800w amp, but I'm wondering what to throw in back.

Snowed today, Cobra isn't going to be able to come out for a while now. Atleast its safe and sound in the garage just waiting for a full next season of driving.
Come spring and thru summer she will hopefully be getting the following.
-MGW shifter
-Tuner
-CAI
-Catback
-O/R X-pipe
-Subframe connectors
-tubular k-members
-Smaller S/C Pulley
Thats my next year plan. Sadly I have a 2 year plan too.
-Larger blower w/ supporting fuel upgrades.

Not sure why exactly you're having problems. Which kappas are you going with? The components or the 2-ways? They say you don't really need anything in the back, but I like a little bit of something back there. I just have some cheap kenwoods right now. Not sure if I'm gonna add some new kappas or not.

Drive up to MN next spring.

You won't be disappointed. Just make sure you have the crossover set to -6 or whatever the lower one is. Otherwise it's way too harsh.
