It just seems like a PITA. You put on all these layers, but when you get where you are going its not 0 degrees inside the building, so you have to strip them off or else you're sweating inside while its 0 degrees outside.
At least if its 100 down here and you go inside wearing shorts and no shirt, it feels **** good at 70 degrees.
