Good to see it coming along! Hope it's done soon.
I'm off to bed too. Two more days, and what I get for a weekend will be here.

My sisters won two free tickets to a concert tonight, and they might be in Bombshell's new music video. Not fair!

He won't be missed.
So today was an early out wednesday, went fishing on the Pier out on the Island Weather was awesome, I love the smell, and that's where it stops. The only thing I caught were my bait fish haha
Before I left, my friend and I were in his garage getting the stuff ready and I saw he had an old boombox with removable speakers. I wired them into my truck amd have now about doubled the sound and bass of my stereo
Redneck fixes FTW! I spent $0.00 to upgrade

Ah, I remember my HS days fiddling around with speakers from various discarded electronic appliances and patching broken speaker cones with silicone and cardboard, and for the surround, you'll love this, the elastic from old briefs
I got the speakers off what I guess would be classified a Shelf stero or mini stereo. I have no clue on power output or anything lol
Here was my setup: No name brand HU, 2 4ohm, 60 watt max 6.5 inch circular, waterproof, marine speakers. That was it. The speakers weren't even mounted, just chilling behind the seat in the cab. I spliced the new speakers into the wire to the old speakers, and now have both sets up and running, chilling behind the seat
It's no great system, but I have bass now and don't have to crank on the radio to hear it over the exhaust. I'm very happy with my new "mod"

Make a box to mount them or something, or you can always use wood covered with carpet as an adapter for the speakers. I've seen that a lot.
