Funny I heard quite a few people say they never have problem with the law when in their Stang. As for me I also recently got a speeding ticket and I was in a truck not my Stang. I too have never even been pulled over in my Mustang. I have the PD follow me around a bit, run my plate, drive up on the side, but they leave me alone.

My only ticket was in the Mazdarati for a rolling stop at a stop sign. I got pulled over for speeding once, but talked my way out of it, that was in the Bullitt lol

I try (doesn't always happen) to never do more than 9 over the limit. The cops I know always say they won't bother with anyone if they are doing less than 10 over the speed limit. Luckily, I've only had 2 speeding tickets in my life...and the last one was 16 years ago.

I honestly can't count the number of tickets I've had. Probably 10 or so, but none in the last 8 years. It was so stupid, I don't know what I was doing. I had been going 70 all night long and I came to a group of cars and one of them was acting strange, i.e. , so I got around them and I guess I kind of forgot to slow it back down. I tell this to the trooper, but he's having none of it. I tried calling my brother-in-law a trooper in the county where I live, because if he knows the other trooper most have an understanding that they'll pull the ticket as a favor that may some day be returned, but he didn't know the trooper that gave me the ticket or anyone else that knew him. Oh well.

Could be worse I found this lik that was on Ponies On The Run about #1110 is about what only I can assume that the guy that did this was retarded

Hey guys, I've got a 98 1.8T. I've had a k04 and chip for a while and wanted to get more performance. I was recommended to port and polish the intake and exhaust. We found out they used abrasive material to do it like gritty sand. So I got with my friend that tunes Hondas and we decided to try it ourselves. We got a bag of sandblasting sand and hooked up into the intake and started the car. We had to hold the gas so it would run. He wanted to let the engine suck in the sand through the intake so it would port it out and then push it out the ehxaust so it would port the exhaust manifold.
I was worried that it might cause problems but he figured it'd be OK as long as we didn't make boost and it get sucked in the turbo. After running the car and letting it suck in sand we got about half way through a 25 lb bag. The check engine light was on and the engine was bucking and kicking and sounding really weird. We stopped and hooked the car back up normal and took off the sand supply. We tried to start it again and it was really hard. Once started it couldn't idle and kept making weird noises. We took it out and drove it and it started to make scraping and knocking noises.
Help! Can anyone tell me what to do! My buddy only does Hondas so he doesn't know much about Audis.
