Thank you for posting this!! Just got off the phone with dealership. They said they didn't know about any brake issues TSB so I gave him the number and BAM, parts ordered and they'll be in Saturday. I take my car in Monday morning to have the brakes fixed and then I get my leaking trunk fixed :-/ This car has given me the blues. Been in the shop more times than I've made payments on it....imagine that. First time was exhaust issues, then the squealing brakes, had something going on with my trunk to where the spoiler part was extremely loose(looked like something didn't get bolted or welded down), now on top of all that the trunk is leaking and they had to order parts to fix that.
Note to self: NEVER buy a first year vehicle ever again

So MrsThomas, you are telling me that:
1) you didnt have to go into the dealership to get the parts ordered
2) you dont have to wait 2-4 weeks for the parts
Guess I'm the dope with the sucky Ford Dealership!

Thanks for all the info. My car has already been delivered to my dealership in NJ. Thankfully, my plan was to leave it there until the snow was gone and pick it up on March 30th. So, I called my dealer today to tell him about the TSB issued on the 10th. He hadn't heard about it, but told me that he'd look into it.

Thanks to the form posted by klumpikat, I had an online chat with the dealership and forwarded the jpg to my dealership today. If I don't hear anything back by mid-day tomorrow (Friday, 3/13) I'm going to call them directly again. I'd love to have this taken care of before I pick up the car. I'm thinking 18 days should be enough time to order the parts and get them installed.

Just drove down and showed my service department manager the TSB. He immediately called and ordered the parts. He said they should arrive in 2 days.

Just dropped the stang off at Caruso Ford Long Beach. I had emailed them the TSB earlier in the week. They ordered the parts and will be ready for pickup and sync tomorrow. They are also doing a wash, wax and buff to get out the industrial fallout. Thanks for all the help everyone!

I should say thanx to klumpikat for posting the pic of the TSB as well.

I've been sort of following this thread, thankful I decided on the EB over a GT. But in reading that TSB info, I see that I could end up w/ this same issue (I did get the performance package on my EB).

Crossing my fingers that I don't see this issue, but if I do, I have downloaded the jpg already.

Glad they found a solution to this issue.

More issues :-(

Well got the brake issue fixed and after installing the new rotors and pads, they did a check just to make sure everything was ok and low and behold, they found an exhaust leak😖 now they have to order parts to fix that! The part to fix the trunk will be in tomorrow so I'll be without my car another day and then again when this exhaust part comes in.
Sick and tired of all of these issues. It's no fun having to stay at the dealership getting stuff fixed....SUCKS😔

Just FYI: the exhaust thing is a TSB also. He didn't give me the number but he did say it was out there

Got mine fixed yesterday. No problems as of yet. I'm happy it appears to be resolved. But now my new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT is squeaking everytime I brake, 5200 miles. Here we go again...lol.
