Did you sit in another Mustang to verify the dealer's claim?

Took it to the local Ford dealer and the body shop guy said all the Mustangs have that problem, and he blamed it on the defog wiring grid in the glass. Since defog wiring grids have been around for at least 30 years, you have to wonder why Ford is having this problem in 2012.
Has anyone else noticed this, and does anyone know if Ford has a "Mustang problem" that everyone just accepts as normal?
I would like to move this past the local dealer - any idea who I should email?
Thanks in advance if you can help. Otherwise the Boss is a great car - just installed TK.

Thought this was a Trackey thread. How did it turn into a Rear window thread? Does the Trackey affect the rear window??

Please PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info so I can review this for you.

Someone may have posted this question before, but does anyone with TracKey installed think there black key idle is rougher now? It may just be that I am more cognizant of the normal idle now trying to compare it to the red key idle
