I strongly encourage you to convince everyone you meet of that. Especially between now and when the order banks open.

 

The '10 body style is slowly growing on me but I think the 05-09 is almost perfect looking. But there is no going back. Adapt or perish. If you want the new features, improved handling and performance then your option is only one- learn to like the new body style.

 

Ditto here. I actually like the front end. But I'm still not crazy about the rear end.

 

my issue with the 05-09s is how HUGE the cars look. The new rear makes the car appear much smaller especially when viewed from the front and rear 3/4 view. The 10+ is just a tidier (sic?) design not to mention more aggressive.

 

If I had the 10-11 interior in my 07 I'd be smoking happy !

 

If you don't like it, fine! Then don't buy it. Like others have said, more for us!

Maybe if enough of you don't like it i can get a Boss LS for invoice.

yeah I find with the 05-09 styling it was like they never got it right and find they look even worse now against the 10-11. The new ones have more aggressive muscle car look and lines, the 05-09 dont look sporty to me..I am not a diehard ford fanboy but love the new Boss

 

To each there own. I like the 05-09 because they look more retro to me....probably an old guy thing.

Both designs have their own real character, this wasnt just a quick twist of the wrench like in earlier models. I love them both for what they are and glad they are so different that its like driving two completely different cars...

 

interesting that it has a 180mph speedo. isn't both the GT and GT500 governed to 155mph? So maybe the Boss is ungoverned or governed at a much higher speed.

 

The S197D's front is fine but that diaper on the 10/11 doesn't make anything look smaller. LOL

The Boss color schemes and painted wheels are out there...

 

In the video with Jay Leno, it was mentioned that the Boss was a 155 mph car.

 

All cars the Ford builds will have speed limiters on them, despite the fact that some will go much faster. It does seem quite possible that the LS model would have some sort of a disable mode for the speed limiter. Since it is designed for the track there would be times it would need to be able to go faster that 155.
