2015 Photoshop/Rendering Thread

That's superb. You've improved the rear 3/4 over the Evos by moving the shoulder line up.........a lot of Aston Martin influence there, and that's no bad thing. I'd still like to see a more bluff front end, but that's one of the best efforts to date. Any chance of taking it from a line drawing to a full rendering?
As for a rendering, I'm no good at actually doing anything in 3D, and my photoshop skills suck for creating any kind of effects. But I will keep tinkering with this design and post updates as I go. And if anyone wants to alter anything I've done, they are free too. Open source designing FTW!
That said, here's just a few small updates. Toying around with some Tron-like lighting...

[QUOTE=Twin Turbo;6342954]I like the side window treatment on this one, Shawn.......a bit of Torino influence is a good thing in my book! If they could go pillar-less...........that would be awesome!
I love Torino fastbacks and sport roof models as much as I love Mustangs. The current Mustang is the closest you can have to having the spirit of both classic cars.

I hope people can recognize that some of the Evos shapes and forms are found in the current Mustang already. Of course there is the trapazoid open mouth grille, the raised front fender peaks, the way the top of the fenders flow into the beltline of the door windows, the sculpted upper bodyside groove as well as the lower bodyside groove. The Evos just emphasizes these features more.
Did anyone notice that the shape of the silver rocker has an upward curve at the front fenders behind the wheels just like the sculpted upper edge of the 10-13 Mustang rocker panels??

I agree completely. People whinge about the Mustang looking too much like the EVOS, but I tend to think a good deal of the reverse is true.

If Ford can make the B-Max without a B-Pillar anything is possible!

**** it Ford I wish we could see the car already. 2014 is too far away! It's always the next Transformers movie, 2015 mustang and the new iPhone that always has me on the net trying to glimpse something new.

Nice! I like the "Tron" headlamps........especially is they carry over the "halo-ring" effect tailamps from the '13....those would compliment them nicely!
Darrell Behmer said that there was conflict between some inside the design team whether the "Dorito" stays or goes. I think it's time to get rid of it for a pillarless design. It can be done (Mercedes E-Class Coupe, Bentley Continental, etc) But it is a Mustang ONLY design style...Camaro and Challenger/Barracuda can't use. So If they do get rid of it they should definitely go pillarless to differentiate from the other two.

Rich....for someone who's "Photoshop skills suck".....that's superb!
Just needs a decent set of 5 spokes........and a range of alternative colours

Wheels are my nemesis just due to the mathematics in making the spokes properly spaced, but I will give it a go.
Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you are liking this!
