I can see where you're going with it though. It would definitely be more modern

I'd like to see the hood slope down lower than the current model. I loved the visibility I had in my 1991 MR2 Turbo, thanks to it's very low nose.

But your engine was in the ***. Pretty easy thing to do when you don't have a honking V8 in the front. Give's it more of a 'Merican feel.

But I see your point.

I am sorry, but I forgot to post a picture of the European version of the mustang that will be built on the same platform. This is the 2014 Euro Mustang. It will be built with a new 2.5 liter ecoboost V4. From what I have heard of this model Gary and Ace will not be as proud to drive around in it. But size does not matter as much as efficiency though right?

I would buy a car with similar lines for sure. Maybe just a few minor cosmetic changes, but besides that that is one cool ride.

Every now and then I like to do a google image search for photoshops I've done, using generic search criteria like "2012 Boss 302" or as in today's case, "2014 Mustang". I like seeing how high in the search results one of my photoshops will be, and where it's been posted, etc.
Found something pretty neat today, Mr. Vanilla Ice himself used one of my chops, as well as one of Doug's, in a blog on Autoholics. I thought it was pretty neat.

I'd forgotten about that silver rendering. I really like it but I figure most would think it's too conservative. It'd really make the Camaro look like the cartoony, boy-racer it is.

The comments from this article prove why it's so hard for auto manufacturers to "get it right". Fans of the specific car understand the evolution, either love or detest, but they understand it and what the realistic capabilities of the car are. The general public even general automotive enthusiast public, which make up most of the population, do not have the same understanding for the car. How do you appease Mustang fans and the typical buyer? So far they are doing a good job by offering a modern power plant with very reserved and confident performance dynamics. Continue this and it will be a hit. At this point, I am not sure what won't be "Mustang DNA" but I'm sure it will be full of Mustang in the future.

Beautiful future stang! Maybe a couple more character lines in the rear so its not too plain lookin and maybe fix up the quarter windows. Thats just my opinion though, everything else looks great! Like to see a front and side view tho

EDIT: maybe try out that front end posted earlier, the blue one. Maybe render that onto your car and it should look fckin sick!

I don't think this has been posted before but I found a slick Capri concept. I like it. It's almost like a new Fox body. Huh oh, did I just say that?

Great looking concept, not sure if I can see a Mustang in there though.

Doesn't look like a Capri or Fox body replacement, but looks like a nice replacement for the old Focus coupe...

I thought that too, but the model prior to this refresh. And similar to the new family as well. Still think it's a neat concept. Small, coupe, good lines, and could have a 5.0L in it. I say win. Some of you (myself included) are just going to have to let go of this idea of what a Mustang is because the new Mustang has the potential to be not like any of the S197's.

To be honest I shipped over seas in 2005 and lost a lot of interest in cars at the time so I pretty much didn't get back in the game until I saw the 2010. Basically missing the entire 2005 to 2009 line up. The Bullitt was new news to me when I first saw it in 2008. So I really don't have any ties to the S197. You could say I have more fond memories of the Fox Mustangs and SN95s, as they were the style when was a young kid. Though I am a huge fan of the 2010+ styling though.
