They are yours. When I go do the initial inspection, I'm going to ask to have them placed in the car. They are going to hold it for me to inspect before they begin the PDI. I'll use that time to talk to the staff and make sure they know what I want, which isn't much.

No wash - I'll wash and clay it as soon as it's home.

 

You might want them to wash it I've read a few posts about water getting into the trunk or on the rear seat belts

 

I ordered mine on 2/10 and did not get a VIN until a full month later. My dealer says it will be built the week of the 30th (although that does not show up on cotus). Based on what I have read it may be another month before it arrives in Northern CA. I wonder why there are such disparities in times to forfill these orders????

My car finally went into transit. now I can call my dealer everyday

 

I'm checking several times a day now to see when mine goes into transit. I haven't lost my patience or anything. I'm just allowing myself to get excited now. It's like playing the lottery, except I know I'll eventually win.

 

It was just loaded onto a railcar, Noblesteed. It hasn’t shipped out yet.

Well cotus says that the awaiting shipment was completed 3/10 but it just updated today for me so hopefully the same for you

Maybe they'll load all the cars headed towards Houston on the same Railcar since our EDD is with in the same week, even though I'm in Orange, I'm not that far from Houston.

 

Yes, mine changed today to In Transit. COTUS says Awaiting Shipment ended on 3/8, which is when Deysha said it was released. The EDD was pushed back to 3/30, which actually works really well for me.

 

I'm north east of Houston in Atascocita. My expected date is 3/30. I see in an earlier post yours is 3/29. My dealership is closed on Sunday, so that may be why it's a day off.

I assumed that's what it meant. It's like the letter sitting in a mailbox. It has technically been mailed even though it's Saturday night and won't be picked up until Monday.

The car will get moving whenever it gets moving, but it is technically in transit now.

I'll check back with you later this week. I imagine the car will be sitting more than moving between now and the time I pick it up.
