Moving along slowly but surely
My order on COTUS changed yesterday to in production only 5 mos after ordered, estimated delivery date is 1/2/15, REALLY?!?!? Ohh well what'cha going to do. I will never "order" a car again......

You ordered a first model year car, on the 50th anniversary of the model. What do you expect? You could have checked on here for the last model year changes and saw that this happens every time a new model comes out...

Can anyone give me an estimate as to how long it takes from order date to delivery on average? It looks to be about 4 months. Is this correct? I placed my order on 10/24 and so far Ford's tracking website just says that I'm stuck in order processing. Does anyone have any idea how it takes to get scheduled for an actual build date? I would just like to have a general idea of when I should expect to take delivery of the car.
By the way, the car I ordered is a Race Red GT Premium with the 6 speed manual, performance pack, and 50 years appearance package.

If you look at your cotus info on a computer right click on page go to view source code. Then go to top and click on find and search the words delivery or build and click next and go through and you will find dates in there. That's what I did. It was off by 2 days for me as in the car came 2 days before delivery date. Hope that helps

Just did your suggestion for delivery...came up with a date of 1/1/2020....NOOOOOOO!!!...
Then did build, and came up with nothing...dagnabit!

cotus said delivery date was 11/16....no "days" left either...today is thurs and nothing yet...

update!!
got the call today! car is in...
went up and test drove...but
could not bring home...wife could not get off work to sign papers with me.
picking up the car friday 11/21
drives nice....lines look good. hood drops fine. no issues noted.
salesman said it had snow on it when it arrived late last night.....
btw.... dealership is Keystone ford, Chambersburg PA
tell them brian sent you!
