I think all of the 2013 models get the 2010-12 GT500 front end except for the GT500.

 

 

yeah, they have revealed one pic, a close up of the driver side of the grille. With boss style "fog light" It stands at 5076 now.

It doesn't look like the pic really shows that much. You can tell that it's a very close, low angle shot looking up. It appears to have a back up light "floating" in the middle lens just as the spy shots suggest. I thought the lenses were going to be black with red LEDs but obviously that isn't the case.

It already has a chrome pony. If you look closely you'll see that the teaser shot is not far enough over to pick up the red/white/blue striping.

 

Up to 5849. Yeah, the first pic was not all that informative other than the fact the Boss may have a center stripe and a little shot of the front end.

 

The fogs and even more so fake fogs look stupid in the GT500 style front.

 

Looks like 70 style stripes. That's a good thing.

 

That taillight blur sure looks similar to 96/98 lamps

 

I have heard that they are more verticle than the 10-12's.

 

If the 2013 refresh is just a GT500 front end and some different tail lights I am going to be very upset. I wanted to see something new! not something that has been around for two years just on a different model. It reminds me of the people with 05-09's who put the 07-09 GT500 facia and hood on their cars. Not refreshing if this is what Ford is doing.

 

Really? Ford released a NEW Mustang just three model years ago. The 2013 model is meant to be a "refresh," something to tide consumers over until the all-new Mustang is released in MY 2015. The "freshening" appears to be pretty extensive, too -- new front and rear ends, new lights, new wheels, updated interior, etc. Considering Ford didn't touch the Mustang save for some special editions from 2005-09, I'm pretty excited to see them unwilling to wait until 2015 to mitigate the damage and fight back against the current sales champion, the Chevy Camaro.

 

Look at the current front end on the Mustang and you will see it is heavily borrowed from the 07-09 GT500. Just the same thing happening all over again. So far the rear looks better and I never cared for the current hood in the first place. The real question is what will the GT500 look like.

So these are supposed to look better than the current tails?
