Yep. And from what I'm seeing, it's better to buy a 12 and just put whatever tails and front trimmings you like from aftermarket.

Thank you. Ford did to the Mustang tails what Dodge should have done with the Chargers. When I first saw photos of the Charger I was like this is an atrocity but every time I see one at night, I'm like, wow, that actually looks really really slick. But would look better not as individual LEDs but like the light piping or hazed look that makes it much more consistant.

I am really liking this more and more. Should be really interesting to see it all. Still not sold on that nose but I really want to see it all as one.

 

Right. Seems that's been the problem with Ford's designers that last few years - trying to ride a movie fad. A Chevy induced movie fad.

Thank the Ford Marketing staff at that time. The theme was to keep the colors dark like Dark Highland Green. I think all green would have been fine, but True Blue does look nice in person.

 

I'm sure you'll find something to complain about if it does. Boo hoo, it's got too much power.

 

And I thought that they were only available in highland green. Huh.

i believe it was that Ford/UAW contract that had confirmed a 5.8L S/C'd V8 for 2013. i know it was some document/contract that stated it.

 

The design element was there on 2010-2012 HID headlights, they just light the part up with some LED strips. Not sold on it, but not bothered by it either yet. Pretty sure there's also a halo in the 2013? which for me is overplayed...

The tails are definitely interesting. I'll have to see it fully and cycled through full operation to pass final judgement. Might be the rice-y-est rear... Not sure if that's good or bad. Just there's a lotta design cues, colors, and lighting elements going on, but need to see it with the whole rear.

The center cluster looks awesome. The technology incorporated is definitely cool.

 

I like the tail lights, they are kind of cool looking!

 

True blue was my favorite color. They made the 01 bullitt in dark highland green, true blue and black. They did that to give consumers more choices, I personally don't mind at all. Although I'd only buy a bullitt in green.
