On mine with 4.1.3..... I receive them but can't send. (IPhone 4s)

3.1.4 is a dealer installed version. I had my dealer do it. It's suppose to be a high functioning version.

The 3.x version is used on 2011 models. The discussion does not apply to newer 4.x versions on 2012+ models.
