'13-14 Cluster into '10-12 car (with TrackApps) retrofit
In Prior GT500 clusters the SVT logo was either always ON or used a SHIFT LIGHT. It was all controlled in the setup menu. I had a 2011 GT500 Cluster in my 2010 and the SHIFT LIGHT Feature worked fine as well as being able to leave the light on if I wanted to. I had mine set as a shift light.
I did the GT500 2014(Cobra logo
) into a GT 2014 as mentioned on a used one only PATS and Parameter Reset to get it to work.
The thing is the SVT logo does not stay on, I know it works using the launch control feature and engineering mode. An on the variable redline it stays red never yellow or off, looks like I will have to put some electrical tape from behind the face.
Also was wondering if anybody had the electrical diagrams for the 2013-14 GT500s since the clusters have an additional plug and was wondering what it is for.

Ok. One hurdle for the EPAS solved. Actually my OE Ford FEAD belt fits perfectly without the PS pump. So no more $100 Roush belts, OE ford for like $19.83 ... Gee that is cool.
Now, I will source all necessary parts (Steering Rack, Cables) and there we go....
The only thing the EPAS gets from the PCM is the speed over the HS-CAN.. as that should be the same across 11-14 and 10, I should be good... otherwise my speedo wouldn't work ...
Let's do this .. I might gain like 1rwhp with this mod

And I need the rack shipped by then and a spot on Tim's lift... so that might be challenging...
Update: Steering Rack will ship in the next 1-2 business days .... so it should be here next week..

I'm happy to report that all my gauges work and the new info switch that Zero modified for me. Black Box works like a charm, with out it on I can only see my Boost and Volt, but when I flip the switch on the BB all the gauges work perfectly. I will be rewriting the instructions from start to finish with pictures of exactly what you need to tap. I will reuse Jim's post as it is very accurate, I will be adding pictures, bolt size and what components are removed just to make it easier for someone with very little mechanical experience. I still have to flush the ABS as I still get the flashing ABS and traction control lights on my cluster. I have not tried the cruise control yet, but will update once I do. Thanks to Zeroaviation, dmhines, Lexiion, Deerslayer and Ajturbo. Once it's all good I will post a YouTube video of a drive around town hopefully with no DTC's.
Forgot to mention that my car is a 2011 Shelby GT500 and I installed a gauge cluster from a 2014 GT500.

Do your TrackApps work?

Let me know your outcome. My Cruise does the following:
Cancel/Resume is on
- is set and deccel once used after set
On/off is off
+ does nothing
I can live with that... just wanted to see if yours behaves the same.

Ok. Three steps: do the PMI that shoul get rid of the incompatible software. Then do the calibration for the ABS, that should get rid of the YAW sensor calibration. You will need to download as build into the IPC from a non SVT shelby to get rid of the VDM message... You don't have the adjustable dampers
PM me if you need help.., we can talk on the phone then

I guess something went wrong yesterday with BlueEyedSnake's PMI for the ABS as IDS couldn't communicate with it at all after the PMI. Anyone has an idea how to fix that? The red dot in TrackApps is gone, so I (we) assume it got screwed up during PMI...
Logging in with a different PCM code didn't resolve that problem. Neither IVD nor as build, nor DTC reads work anymore.
I am wondering if there is a way to breathe some life back into that module?
Or get it replaced?

Did he try unplugging and replugging just for the heck of it?
I know Jim010 FOrd tech did a 2012 PMI on the 2013 module and messed it up .. but he was still able to redo the 2013 PMI. I think he did swap his 2012 ABS Module back in first then put the 2013 module back to PMI again after he got his VCM.
So maybe an unplug/replug will work.
He was doing the PMI with a 2013 PCM code right? Pretty sure its the PCM code that tell IDS its a 2013 and to use 2013 Calibration files.

Maybe he just needs to do the same that Jim did to recover...
