Thanks, I will keep an eye out for that! I will have to go grab a set from ford and keep it in the garage for later.
Here is a couple short revs, man I love this setup now.
These BBK shorty headers sound great when you open them up.
I see I have to adjust my driver side muff counterclockwise.

Did you reuse the factory gasket? My factory gasket did look more durable, but had impressions from the factory headers that did not match with the new shorties.
Are you getting a drop in rpms @idle?

Yes I did reuse the factory ones because they only have 6K on them so I figured why not. I didn't'the even take them off to look at them tho, probably should have. I guess I could try some new OEM gaskets b/c just like Hogasswild I have also heard bad things about the BBK gaskets. I read somewhere that someone had used copper gasket maker with the BBK gaskets and is going 10k strong with no problems so I'm not sure what I will do yet but I will take everything back apart sometime this week and decide from there. Oh and no drop at idle just a vibration from the engine and I'm 100% sure it's from the engine. It's not real bad though. It's a constant slight vibration with about a 200rpm jump.

I have a slight vibration also, I think it is from my exhaust tho. My idle only fluxes from 645rpm-650rpm. It is very solid. I am using an updated Steeda tune.

Actually well over 12,000 now without a problem. I will put the Stock Exhaust gaskets back in if the BBK's fail.
Sounds Good Chris

That's good to hear. I have a feeling eventually that these Gt500s will come off and I will get those Borla Tourings after all.

My exhaust is causing a very light vibration ever since I replaced the x pipe. However, I noticed the stock piece had dampeners on them which the bbk piece doesn't.

I get a slight exhaust vibration since I replaced the Mufflers around 1800 RPM under a pull. Since I took the Dampers off the X-pipe and the mufflers I am sure that is the cause of that. Not too worried about it
