Here they are in the staging lanes...waiting...waiting..

Man, if that was at my local track there would be about 50 people crowded around the car checking it out!

Same here! And what's with all the trucks? I'd think they wouldn't even let that super duty on the strip with all that mud...

It was crowded with people around it earlier! Now that word has spread at the track, everyone is around it!

You guys must have some kind of budget,to buy 5 new Mustangs! Or was it one of those "factory
connected" deals....for a buck a car,for the publicity?

Hell no, that truck would never even make it past tech at any track around here with all that mud on it!

Looks like on the ET Streets they ran a 12.49 @ 112.55 with a 1.80 60ft.

Evolution Performance, Inc. 12.49@112.55mph 1.80 60ft - We could have launched the car harder because it bogged off the line, but the 60ft is still decent! Track is closed, more testing tomorrow!

I agree. PSI at 14 lbs and launch it at 5500. play with it from there.
Man, not a bad time though. Very respectable. I am content with the result given lack of track time.

Not bad at all. For comparison, my 11.65@122 was with a 1.73 60ft. The run was at the same track using MT drag radials. I'm in no way an expert driver. Once these guys get a handle on this car, they'll crush my pedestrian 60ft time. With slicks, they'll be knocking on 12.2's or lower. Pretty impressive.

If we just went all out, the car would be a lot faster, and I mean a lot faster but when your're doing on going tests for a Magazine you have to go at a certain pace!

There are a lot of things that need to be figured out on this car and I'm not talking about the Chassis setup, that's the easy part and I will leave it at that..... for now...!

I bet tuning on this car is gonna be a b*tch. The 2010 SHO folk are having fits because it's been 8-9 months and they're still trying to figure out all the tables for the turbos and whatnot. There are 30 some-odd tables for spark timing alone. It's ridiculous. And I'm willing to bet the Ti-VCT tables are going to be all sorts of fun to tune for.

This should be great. You going to post your results when you get your car?

interesting first post....how can you not be impressed? They just got the car and are doing things for the magazine? What did you expect them to do? run an 11.xx out the gate? Maybe you are a competitor of theirs?
