I am getting 18-19 mpg which is not that bad for a 5.8! That includes both good and bad driving habits!
"EPA fuel economy estimates are 15 mpg city/24 mpg highway and 18 combined." http://www.edmunds.com/ford/shelby-gt500/2014/
So yeah, I am getting at or above MPG.

I know the car sounds good but you got the shift once in a while!
BTW my husband just sent me a picture via text tonight of a Shelby and a Ford GT. His text stated "We have one in the picture, time to get the other." I am like NO WAY! I'm not spending $100,000++ on a car! lol This is coming from a guy that wants to buy a decked out semi to go grocery shopping "because it would be cool."
We were looking into a super snake package for our car but I really don't like the $40,000 price tag. Especially, since there are a lot of items we don't want that are in the package. My husband is getting too expensive......

A lot of what is done with the SuperSnake package can be done a whole lot more cheaply, as long as you don't mind the missing SuperSnake badging everywhere. I'm slowly building mine up to about 750hp/800ft/lbs, stiffer/tighter suspension. It will run me roughly $8-10k, depending on how I decide to do certain things.

I bet sometimes you are driving the Shelby and wish you were driving Raptor and sometimes the opposite. That's not bad problem to have.
They look great. It is winter in Phoenix now also (70degrees) I'm just saying.
