I distinctly remember Everyone saying the same thing back in late 04 about the 05's. People were *****ing about the Fog's in the Grill of the GT's. We see where that went. I can't ever recall seeing an 05-09 GT with the Grill swapped out except Billet grills, or the grill where the Fog's have been moved closer to the center.

Thank you very much, But I was already in the first Mustang of the month and came in second to Burke. She had the fogs back then.

And I love the Mustangs you picked anyway.

definitely a love/hate thing. In that I can't decide whether or not to love or hate it.

I know exactly where your coming from Shawn, as I tried using a V6 grille that a friend of mine let me borrow, because I wanted to see if one would fit. So that I could eventually get a pony package grille w/smaller fogs, however after I removed my stock GT grille, and had then attempted to fit in the V6 grille. It would not fit, thanks to the locking tabs being placed in different locations.

Needless to say, I was so pissed off. Especially after going through all the hassle of uninstalling my stock GT grille.

I suppose that's Ford's way of saying, they don't want their customers swapping body parts. Nice going, Ford

I have seen a lot of grille swaps of every kind on the GT's. Some have made the Pony grille with the smaller fogs fit while others have added the Pony corral into the GT grille.

The bumper cover of the 05-09 GT's is an enhanced version of the V6 bumper with a slightly larger grille opening and differently shaped lower intake with an integrated lower lip that does not roll under. That is not as drastic a difference as the new 2010 V6 vs GT which creates totally different faces.

Isn't that why we are here? To discuss, argue, **** and moan, whatever. It is a forum to discuss Mustangs including likes and dislikes about the new design.

I sure want one! But, considering that its near $50k, the odds aren't in my favor. At least not now.
I'll take a 400HP Mach1 under $40k thank you! Do you hear that Ford?

A definite improvement to the 2010 V6 and GT but that should go without saying. I do like that pic of the Kona but the rear still kills any thought of trading in my Sonic Blue. Now come 2011 if there happens to be a 5.0 Sonic Blue then maybe we can talk but the rear has to be redone first regardless.

That second pic sure makes it look like they changed the wheel offset....and/or lowered the car
versus the 07-09's.....could just be the angle etc....hard to tell.
I just hope the 19 inch wheels are going to fit my 08.......I plan to order them the day they are available.
