And may it fulfill your every fantasy!

I like it better than I thought I would. I would opt for a Bullitt over a CS/GT and Shelby GT, but I like the 'Plain Jane' exterior. A little lower and some wider meats would be on order as a start if I were to purchase one. Not too bad at all . . . . .

that said i will buy this car! maybe not new but i will one day! i mean sure its not a camaro killer but geezz ford is in a crisis right now they reall need to focus on making money and sadly a special edition mustang above 30 grand isnt the way to make money. they probably had a SUPER limited budget and sometihng they probably could've squeezed in like painted calipers but a 5.4? i mean thats just my opinion

Yeah I just saw that too. That could be pretty cool if Ford will sell the steering wheel seperately like they do the GT500. The GT500 wheel has red stitching, this one appears to have black stitching which will match any interior - could be a very neat upgrade for those that want it!

Hollywood- I just can't understand why you're ragging on this car so bad. We've know for weeks how it was going to be equipped and basically what it was going to look like.
At under $2000 for the option that is a hell of a good deal. You couldn't add all that to a Mustang GT for that price!
You may not like the car and that is fine- but the value, WITHOUT QUESTION, is outstanding.

I am annoyed, I suppose, because I was waiting for this car for two years, and then, as the news began to trickle out about what this car would actually offer, my hopes slowly sank - and I went with a GT, presuming (correctly, as it turns out) that the Bullitt would be a disappointment. I guess I was hoping for a last minute hat trick on Ford's part. Didn't happen, sadly.
And yes, for the money, the performance upgrades are a good buy. But I can't get past the overall aesthetic packaging. Someone else said it looks like a V6 with a few trim bits and a V8 engine added, and that's exactly how I see it, too. I don't mind understated. But this is just plain boring.
I could have lived with the meager performance upgrades if they had gotten the cosmetic package right. IMO, they didn't.

That dash looks like ***. And not even the good kind of ***.
It very much needs the double vented hood and a nicer looking grille, at the LEAST.
I can live with the meager hp increase, the gears and mild suspension dealies are nice, but the car is very underhwhelming. If it really did sell for only $2K more than a GT, it would be "ok", but you all know no one is going to actually end up paying that little, at least not right away.

Possibly the first Bullitt part on the market?

Well one thing about being in Canada- we don't pay ADM's, it really doesn't happen here. NOW if we can only get the pricing to reflect the higher value of our Canadian dollar.
