They should of just given us the **** color. And the seats look like stock pleats unlike the wonderful 01 pattern. And the 18" Bullitt wheels that you can't upgrade the brakes with-not even simple +1 rotors..Nevermind, nothing to trade mine in for...I fully understand keeping it with a mix of stock parts, but not this boring. They should of stepped up and done something like put the GT500 nose on. Unique springs to lower it 1/4" in the rear?? Putting a set of golf bags in the trunk will do that. I already did all this stuff to my car, with the premier trim to boot.

I think 90 percent of the development was coming up with the cool ID plate.

Nice color.
But it's a GT with a new CRAP grill and I say crap because it's almost completely closed.
It needs hood vents, smoothed over rockers, smaller mirrors, and lowered.
The car is a miss as far as I'm concerned.
I'm with Doug. This car isn't "understated," it's Zzzzzzzz.

Different lower rockers, twin-vented hood, properly lowered, modified lower front fascia would have all completed the package nicely. Instead of that, they went cheap, cheap, cheap...and then put in a "mother of pearl" '76 Trans Am dash! I mean, WTF does that have to do with Bullitt, for crissake?!?!

Hey Hollywood North: Looks like I was right about the price!!!! I hate to say I'm right and you're wrong, but....I'M RIGHT!
Actually, I was right. Cause I said that the only way they could offer it at that price was if the car was a major disappointment, with little done to it beyond a "paint and sticker" job.

And it IS a major disappointment. Hell, they didn't even bother with the machined filler cap or red painted calipers.

I still contend they should have not called it the bullitt and called it a GT390 and made it a stripper with 390 NA hp
painted it HG and gave it a nice tight suspension and brakes and wammo instant winner.
I be though they will sell every last one of them.

Hey Dave, same boat here dude. I told people it was $1,895 for the package, as it said this for the past several months on the CONCEPTS order site here at work. Either way, its a good price.

And about it being a disappointment. Some of you have to come to the realization that major auto compaines can't just put in 390hp engines and get away with it. I'll cry CAFE all day long, and some will say heck with that. Yeah, and heck with the Millions of $$$$ in fines that the manufacturer has to fork out if they go over their CAFE by .10 of a %. BMW had to pay over $12 Million a few years ago.

For the price it isn't bad at all. Its just like the '01 Bullitt, subtle changes. The Bullitt was never about being a 400hp N/A car. I'll never sway those who seem to have a general hatred for this car, but even the guys over at IMBOC are impressed. Hey Tony, can you add anything from the trip to AAI?

You are exactly right Kevin, they should have just released the green as a stock color. And I sure thought they'd change the seats a bit, oh well. It's a neat car and all, but if I was in the market for a new one I'd still go with a standard GT and mod it myself, that way I wouldn't be worried about ruining the value on a "collectible". Wonder what the ADM's are gonna be on these...can't wait to see the ridiculous markups start on Ebay.

6mm of change pretty much sums up what they did to the whole car. Predictably predictable.

It's a better deal than the '01 BULLITT was. All it needs is a double vented hood and a SC.

Needs a good deal more than that, I'm afraid.

IMBOC must be SO ****ed right now. They've been hyping up their "exclusive" photos and first reveal for days now, and when the grand moment finally arrives...their site craps out.
