I do think adjusting the stance of this car - and putting some serious meat on some real torque thrust wheels - would help a lot. As would an aftermarket twin vented hood, a small front fascia spoiler and some louvers.

One question: Why is ford still running 235's on those wheels?!? They're 8.5" wide and 255's fit perfect. Heck, 93 Cobras had 245's 15 years ago on a 7.5" wide wheel.

Without a doubt, below is the most flattering picture/angle I've seen >>

In motion and under load, the stance there looks closer to what it ought to have been at rest. With a slightly more aggressive lower front fascia and the twin vented hood added to proper ride height and offset, I would have waited.

But, as I always say: If wishes were horses...

I guess I like it, sure it could have been so much more and there are plenty of things I would change if I had one, but at least the cost is reasonable.

I'm not the biggest fan of that dash in the Bullitt, but I'm happy they didn't go with wood grain like the original.

As for you that think the dash is too tacky and disco, if its good enough for Bugatti it's good enough for me.

I think it's an absolute deal. For the same money, the CS package just gives you a few visual flourishes.

both cars are nice in appearances
As I recall, the '68 had 325 net HP. So a bit more power, but not enough to jump up and down about.

People, Its Bullit's car. The idea isn't to stand out, isn't to be instantly recognizable. Its like a plainclothes cop: supposed to blend enough that it goes unnoticed until that moment when it blows you away. If you want crazy performance and a car that you see coming a mile away, you should have been asking for a Mach1. Or there's the Shelbies.

And I like the dash.

Hey, AB seems to be confident it'll be doing 0-60 under 5 and run "very low 13s." Just becuase it doesn't set the world on fire doesn't mean its slow. And are you saying that it should have more crap tacked on to compensate for not having the 400hp everyone wanted?

That switch is for the my color option.

Needless to say this car is soooo underwhelming it's not even worth complaining about. What a complete let down.

315 Regular, 325 Premium

I have no clue why anyone would want a Shelby GT over this, unless they just liked the Shelby badging. This car is essentially the same as a Shelby (maybe a little more) for thousands less.
