Official Bullitt Release & Pix!
I'm sure your in agreeance with me Brian, that the best way to help customers is to discount the cars, treat each customer like its your first customer and hope they return when they need another vehicle. That's the motto that has helped me for the past 10.5 years in this business. That and the fact we area small family owned store with only a few salespeople. No pressure what so ever!!! I actually get my Mustang customer to join me at local car shows and such. They always tell me, they have never dealt with a salesperson so interested in cars before.
A customer coming in to buy a car at invoice basically comes in the door saying 'I want top notch service for this product you spend an incredible amount of money maintaining and you are not to keep a single penny-and hurry up please'....I think dealers should stick to full pricing and treating the idea of a discount the same way Wall Mart or a Coach purse outlet does. Any salesperson who can survive this business for 6 months or more and make a living is one strong individual. It's one of the hardest jobs you can get.
