Yep, I agree. I was originally going to get an SHO or an Ecoboost MKS, but there is no shoulder room at all if you're big and wide in the shoulders. The SHO actually has cutouts in the B pillars that poke you in the shoulder. It's a really stupid design. The MKS is a little on the tight side for my taste, but it doesn't have the shoulder pokers. If I needed the room, I'd definitely consider an Ecoboost MKS with the Ecoboost appearance package. It really transforms the look of the car, and it's really fast for what it is--5.2 to 60 and just a little over mid 13s stock. They're stupid expensive new, but there are some awesome deals out there on certified pre-owned ones with just a few thousand miles.

We bought our son a Dodge Neon SRT 4 when he graduated from school a few years back. The following year he was sent an invitation to the "SRT Experience" being held at the Daytona race track. It was free to SRT owners. We (wife and I) tagged along and watched as he got to drive all SRT models that were available that year (Viper SRT, JEEP, 300, and a few more I cannot remember). While he got to drive each one of them as an owner (even though we were making the payments!), we did get to ride in the Jeep with a professional driver around the track. That Jeep was awsome! If it wasn't so pricey (and sippy on the fuel), we'd have one.
I don't think they do that SRT Experience thing anymore.

Still lots of good options:
- Hyundai Genesis sedan
- Ford Taurus SHO
- Chevrolet SS (not out now but it's going to be sweet I bet)
- Used Pontiac G8
- Charger/300
- Lightly used BMW 7-series (7s drop in price a ton and a couple year old one can be had for in the 40's easily)
- Cadillac CTS-V
