I certainly wouldn't ridicule someone because they don't know as much about my car as I do. I do find it annoying, though, when someone tells me BS about how fast their vehicle is. What are you supposed say when someone tells you his stock V6 Dodge Dakota pickup will do over 145 mph? Is there a point in arguing with a liar?

Bought it brand new in 94, and it was there the day it came off the truck! Maybe an early one? Not sure, but I never seen a leather **** in a 95. It was like the "cobra" know but didn't say Cobra embossed. Don't know what to say; triple black convetible with a 5-speed and those gawdy 17" wheels that I thought at time looked so cool!

We all have hobbies people, nothing wrong with cars not being one of them. Buy a car for yourself or maybe your family, but not for the general public.

While you're at it spend a couple hundred dollars on some "Powered by Ford" emblems, +150 HP right there.
Shoulda gotten a different color than your previous car, then people would notice

I went to a cruise night this past Tuesday and I constantly had a crowd around my car with people asking if that was the new 5.0 and I how I liked it and all. I even propped the hood just in case I got some wise a** thinking I put 5.0 badges on a 2010. I guess it really depends on where you live and how many people are really into cars there.

I was actually thinking about doing this and selling them on eBay. Cost seemed a bit prohibitive and the minimum lot was 200 or 300 I believe.
