I'm getting angry. Ford isn't going to like me when I'm angry.

Same crap. It is sitting not far from my job since June 29th. ETA for delivery (from NJ to NY) is 7/20 - a full 21 days!!! I ordered 5/10! The wait stinks!

Mine had one E sticker and two OK TO SHIP stickers. Still it only took two weeks to deliver it from the production date.

Yup, I am being told the same thing. Mine is sitting in Newark since at least July 3. Need it to get to Nassau County, what less, than 50 miles away?

Finally!!

Delivered tonight (too tired to celebrate)

Car had 38 miles on it, put on another 40 in my first driving...Found a minor paint chip on the edge of the trunk (dealer will give me some touch-up paint) and even after full cleanup, it showed small signs of being left out in a holding lot for 5 weeks, but I'm so happy it's here nonetheless...

What I've learned: The next time an order is delayed 6+ weeks, just order a new Job 2

Yup, bought mine from Hassett. Tom Cinelli (sp?) is a good guy.

I was thinking of simply asking to go get it myself as next week is going to be tough on me work wise.

Can any dealers comment? It is possible for us to go to the depot where the cars sit prior to being put on trucks and pick them up?

My dealer said he told the Allied Systems to mark it hot, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I was hoping to have it for the weekend. ug.

In the 'miles on the car when delivered' thread someone's dealer went to the site to pick up the car and drive it back. I recall someone else's dealer was in the process of drawing up papers so the customer could go and pick it up themselves when the car arrived on the truck. So there are options available to you.

Are you sure your VIN isn't 1ZVBP8AM3B5136730? Funny thing is that this VIN is for a V6.

Well I was typing the vin number down on phone, so I don't know if I copied it wrong. Plus I don't have much faith in this salesperson.

You could call Ford CS and get the VIN from them
