Looks like "Week of June 06-2010"

The first Date on each of those is the date the update was posted.

In the other thread he had the same build date as me, the 31st. Maybe 6-June is the delivery ETA, because even in the first post it has "week of may 31st" followed by June 6...

Dont get your hopes up. Everyone on here had their build date pushed at least a week. It won't be any different for you just because you ordered so late.

Why does Montreal choose not to accept PMs? Oy. Whatever his build date is will be what mine is, based on the VINs. So what's your build date, bro? I can't decipher your post.

At first it said week of May31-2010 but i think it's been pushed one week unfortunately. Must be that A-pillar part shortage or God knows what else. What can you do. Yours must have been pushed back as well Jokers.

When sending a PM, if it doesn't work, you will be prompted to check the box where you can send the message anyways even though i'm not in your favorites. Something like that anyways.

Well the hopes of the dealer being correct about the car being in this week have been dashed after jonny pm'd me on the other site. i'm still sitting at the plant....just about a month now.

Jonnys informative response to my pm. Great guy for doing this-

Not sure if you will get it this week because it hasn't been put on the rail yet. Good news is it only takes about 3 days to get to Chicago once it is shipped. Most current is in BOLD

Jonny is an amazing guy for doing this. Here's what he said:

The 6/5 is the ETA its not giving me a build date (as of now) but the build week is the 5/31.

I REALLY doubt the ETA is accurate, but we can wish, can't we?

JonnyB has single-handedly been more useful than nearly any other "in the know" person in this process.

Mine is almost identical to this except mine stops at the Uag04 (not the same but close) on 5/15. I don't have a "returned from Offsite".

All of this makes me think, "We ran out of space, move 'em until we can bring 'em back and fix 'em and then ship 'em."

Additionally, the "non-hold" that Dave Pericak spoke about to Shaun was probably 100% totally related to engineering. Not production or shipping. It seems almost obvious at this point that at a minimum there is a shipping delay (and perhaps hold) related to a specific production problem or problems.

And to the nay-sayers who think this is all "conspiracy theory" just go back to last year or the '05 model. It happens. It ain't all sunshine and rainbows in Blue Oval land. Everyone wants to get their car right (Ford, dealer, customer). They'd just like to be informed about why they're waiting.

JonnyB just sent me another PM and told me that my car was loaded onto a convoy this morning, but no sign of movement yet. Hopefully it gets moving when the system gets updated again.

At least now there is someone providing some information to people.

Agreed. The thing is, I am pretty sure the DEALERS have access to this information. Why they choose not to share it is a bit of a mystery. Based on the responses I've gotten from my sales flunky, he has to ask his inventory manager (who apparently only works 2 hours a week) what the status is. And he repeats back the two words closest to the top: "awaiting shipment."

And while the end result may be the same if I see the tracking, I'm comforted knowing there's actual MOVEMENT in the process.

While I agree with you, part of my understands why. Exposing too much information also exposes your flaws. For instance the people on here who have had an ETA of 4/12 for the past month and a half and it still hasn't left ramp 51. This is obviously a deficiency in both the delivery process and the ETA calculations. But if they don't official validate the information, all we can do is speculate.

Just to add to this, I just got confirmation that mine is still sitting in Ramp 51. It has been sitting there since 4/16 when they parked it and my ETA is still 5/6. I don't want to flame on this thread so I'll just say I'm fairly upset.

I suppose you're right about that. Hey, it will be like finding a $20 in the laundry when it gets in because I will have forgotten that I even ordered it.
