I was set on grabber blue but after seeing GHIG at Barrett-Jackson for two days I think I'm going to order that color and not grabber blue.

why are GT's a month behind?

 

No idea. This is the only decent information i ever got from a ford customer service rep on the phone. I believe she actually said march for the V6's now that i think of it.

 

It would be safe to say April at the earliest for any car, that is NOT a retail order. Ford will do what they did before and build stock units first to make sure no issues arise with the new body parts and such. Then a few weeks later, the retail orders get built, once the stock units get their QC checks. April is the earliest for a GT and like Brian said, May is more likely if you order it under your name.

And I haven't heard anything about V6s being built before GTs.

 

I didn't see the information here specifically. Will the 2013 have the option for the shaker 1000? I've had it in my 08 GT as well as my current 11. There's a good chance I'll be placing an order next week and would want this option if it's available.

 

If you order a GT Premium you can order the Shaker Pro Audio System (Option Code 918), otherwise no.

Whats the 574 and 53d? I love all your choices. It's close to how I was going to order my GT except with sterling grey, recaros, 3.73's and track pack. The DIB looks awesome. I am debating that or grabber blue for my shelby.

 

Too lazy to go look stuff up. Too lazy to memorize codes for Mustang options. Sorry.

SWEET CAR BUDDY!!! Its going to look fantastic in that color!!! Any thought of adding Recaros instead of the comfort package?

 

Do u need the reverse sensing system when you're getting the rear camera, isn't that a bit of over kill.. they really stand out since there's no more black valance.

I had both on my Fusion and I didn't use the camera at all unless I was backing up to a wall or parallel parking (to see how close I could get). The sensors are better for daily use where as a camera will only show directly behind the car and not the corners (a dangerous thing to rely on it too much). And the sensors for 2013 are color-keyed so they shouldn't stand out too much
