I knew that.

The reason they put the glare in that spot right over the top of the backup light is because they don't want to reveal just how much the bezel does stick out. It is very similar to the 69 tail light!! It protrudes alot!

I don't mind that the lights stick out but I don't think I like that they are shorter near their outside edges. I thik it is a weird look but I'll have to see it in person to really decide I guess.

This Mustang is coming together very nicely. I know I'm not going to have a problem with it at all.

SO, I have the tailight pic on my desk top and someone, who is not following these threads, walks through and says " WOW nice mustang what year is that?"

So to me it is clear that the design is on mark if someone who is not following the info can reconise the car from that taillight the has stirred up so much debate.

It's like I've said before, it's almost as if those designers know what they're doing!

Seeing the big faux GT gas cap did not give it way. Even my 4yr old daughter would have known it was a Mustang.

Mine too, but that's beside the point.

It's not so much about the fact that it was recognized as a Mustang as it is someone who hasn't been constantly following the design unfold liked it immediately.

Being a week out I'm suprised some photo of the entire car without the cow camo hasn't leaked. Ford really is doing a good job keeping that from happening.

That's because, Do You Know How Much Money they are Spending on this Roll Out! Besides hosting parties all across the Country, they have the cost of the actual reveal, and now this Special Presentation on Speed. This Is a Big F'ing Deal!

So was the 2005. Probably even more so and a pic of that leaked out early.
