Either its some program to fast track kids into the air force right out of high school or your recruiter may be blowing smoke at you to get his quota. Either way they all seem like good jobs. I would go with the gunner job but then again I'm an infantryman. Get ready for basic, it's gonna suck pretty bad but it doesn't last forever. You will get through it. Just hang in there. I think it's only like 6 weeks and then you receive MOS training or AIT. Mine was 16 weeks and it was pretty bad. Anyway good luck to you man. Maybe an air force guy can chime in. If not you can try to check an air force forum and maybe they can give you some better answers.
Thanks!

soon i am going to upgrade the front brakes a bit, the pads are cheapo part store brand and the rotors are all cut up. What my plan is; ss braded lines, OE rotors, dot 4 and ebc greenstuff pads. What i want to know, is slotted worth the money? Are ss worth the money? And what pads do yall recommend??

Do you have to buy a certain type of ss brake lines if you have abs?

Not to my knowledge. And why not get cobra brakes for the front and cobra rotors for the rear. They look and stop a heck of a lot better.

Also, slotted is not worth the money on a street car. If you running a lot of track days and such then sure, but just for dd, no.

I didn't need anything other then calipers and rotors for mine

But yea, they aren't all that cheap, but they make a difference.

Yep, mine just bolted right up. I didn't the rears at the same time, but that's bc I also threw an 8.8 rear in. But they are certaintly worth it.

They used different lines on different models. I would suggest figuring out which are interchangeable with the lines you already have and go with those. If you look used on Corral they go for super cheap too. I got mine for 200 shipped for lines, rotors, and calipers.

What do you mean different lines on different models? Like GT to V6 to Cobra, or different years?.

I didn't upgrade my lines when I did my brakes, but the front cobra brakes and calipers bolted right up to my v6 stuff

They should come with the calipers. You shouldn't have to mess with them.

Just to give my impression on the 3.73 gears, I broke them in for 500 miles and have gone through 2 tanks since then. The acceleration is definitely quicker, you do have ton go through the gears quicker too. The big thing i noticed though was the MPG. I was originally getting 16-19 mixed, but the last two fill ups ive gotten 22mpg! This is with mostly city driving. Its most likely because you can put it in 5th alotttt sooner and keep the rpms lower. Id definitely go 3.73 again.

So when I'm looking, is it specificly 03 04 cobra brakes or any cobra brakes?

Also here are my plans, let me know what y'all think..

There are a couple things I want to get for my car, I just don't know which to get first..

-aluminum driveshaft (my stock one has slack in it and its noticeable.)
-cobra brakes (obvious reasons!)
-tuner (cause I have yet to get my car tuned for all my parts on it: gears and exhaust)
- wider front rims and tires (because I have 8" in the front and 10.5" in the rear, I think the front looks kinda sunk in.)

Give me your opinions! I'm really stuck between the tuner and the drive shaft.
