Sorry, I don't have any info for you, but that reads to me like the sequentials will be fine. Just don't use the "burst" mode.

I think you might have answered your own question. For extra assurance you can contact your local inspection station, or better yet, the local police. If they let you drivce around and approve your inspection sticker it will be ok.

Has anyone else noticed that the outside bulb barely blinks. Actually, I've noticed that the duration fluctuates.

I haven't noticed that. Then again, I am usually sitting in my car when I turn the signals on

Well I noticed that so I did a test and turned on the signals. Didn't see the problem. Same with hazzards. Only when the alarm is turned on is the 1st set of bulbs dim but I am not worried about that.
