I emailed them last night wondering when the Sequential Turn Signals would be available. This is the response:

Derynf,

Thanks for writing.

I'm working on it now and should have an answer in a couple weeks. Would
you like me to let you know?

But, where did they get it from? Somebody might already have it.

CDC mustang: yep, I actually saw them working (sequential taillights) , but the rep didn't comment on where they got them or, if they made 'em themselves. They also put turn indicators under the hood scoop near the windshield - why, I have no idea (their idea of a HUD-type purpose?)

Classic Design Concepts usually has them. i got mine from them for my 1996 mustang. I am sure you can find their website if you search the web. I don't have their info with me...

And charge out the wazoo for them.

Web Electrics will have a kit no doubt like the old kit, where you can do it yourself for a fraction of the price that CDC does.

The CDC stuff is dead reliable though, I have seen a bunch of dub $200 kits that go bad. I cant see it being difficult to use the current setup for the 04 on the 05, the lights work the same exact way.

That system isn't working right. They only sequence when the directional light is on. With the brake lights applied they should look like standard lights.

69/70 had turn signals in the hood scoop. 67/68 had an optional hood with turn signals in it.

We actually were going to start selling those, but the market is so saturated with people making them we passed. The upside is they cost a whopping $6 a pair to make, and all of our prototypes we give out to our buddies. It's a cool gadget to have on the car...
