My 05 has the sequential turn signals installed!!!!! I was concerned that I couldn't find any for the 05 as Ford has drastically changed the wiring. Look under the drivers side dash - almost no wire under there - not like the previous Mustang with lots of wires going all over the place. Got them from www.webelectricproducts.com Was easy to install as he sells the harness ready to go. JT

That is great ! How long did it take you to install ? Did you end up keeping your original harness ? I bet they look great. Is there is any chance you could create a short video ?

guys, it's not a real pic, it's photoshopped just to give you the basic idea

It is a real pic, not photoshopped. The brakes are on. Go to http://www.sequentialtaillights.com/ for more information.
actually...NO it is not a real pic.

Think about it.. if anything it would have to be a vid in order to show motion, or 3 different pics put into an animated gif. [/b][/quote]
I can't speak for the pic on page 2, but the pic I posted is real. And yes, you nailed it, these are animated GIF's composed from video.

See more of them here.

And to finally end this debate, yes, those are hazard lights.

It took about an hour, but as most things, I could do the next one quicker. I kept my harness for about a week to make sure everything was going to work OK. I had no problems so I sent my original harnesses back. I have been considering the video thing but haven't gotten it done yet. JT

How quick is the sequence? The one thing that GIF's sometimes mess up is timing.

I would like to add my two cents too.
I live in the state of misery, sorry Missouri
We had a hold up man here that robbed folks. His name was Jessie James and he did have a gun.
Not to mention any CO. names but they do not have guns and if you choose to be robbed and raped then these are the aftermarket places to go. I for one want the lights so I will choose very carefully who my supplier will be. If ALL of us did the same the price would drop or they would no longer make them which is fine with me. One less robber !!
What do you say we stick together and not purchase from the robber barons !!

I purchased the first 05 sold by my local Ford dealer. I immediately started looking for sequentials as I had them on 2 other Mustangs. I had purchased from WebElectric twice before so I checked with him first. Web initally thought the 04 wiring may work on the 05 until he started looking into it. The point is I was the first to contact him so I was promised the first completed harness. I had to wait while he developed the new wiring configuration. Hopefully you can get yours soon! JT

Ke4ktq,

What is your flashing rate? Is it to fast, to slow or just right? Post a video. We want to see cause a lot of sets are too slow?
And did you have your brake lights flash too or not?

I just got off the phone with my source from Classic Design Concepts and they said to look for their sequential light system in about 3 weeks. So that would put us at about mid-late January. And like someone had already posted, their stuff is reliable. Not to mention if something doesn't work right, they will do everything they can to help you out and make it work right.

The flash rate is a little faster and looks good. The flash has more of a "high energy look" than in the past. Some of the old flash rates looked a little lazy to me and the Mustang isn't lazy. The brake lights go thru one cycle then stay solid until the brake is released. I have never converted a video from my camera to a computer file. I would have to do some reading (first) to create the video. I have thought about creating a video but haven't had the time to educate myself yet. JT

For my 99' and incoming 2005, I'm using www.SequentialTaillights.com since I found originally they had the best price @ around $110-120. Some companies are ridiculous and charge $200+ for people who are inept as using the Web, but the quality of the kit was awesome and I installed their kit in like 2.5 hours since I never did wiring before.

I think they're still on hold for the 2005 taillights, but if you want to spend wisely, they're a great deal

I am working with the guy from webeproducts on getting the sequential lights to only work with the signals and have the brake lights work normally (not the explosion way they are now). Just finished tearing apart my car and going through the wiring. Hope to have this all done and installed by next weekend.
