If you notice on the closeups, I had a couple of mods done. I especially like the turn signal lights/flasher embedded on the backside. Looks really slick at night.

Anyway, happy holidays to all!

were you at the SD Auto Show on Sat? I think you were parked just around the corner from me.

its pretty cool. however, i feel the cervini kit is overkill. i like the ronaele kits better. it has better lines and more subtle.

thanks for sharing this 5150!

I don't understand what you're saying. The car in the Dream Build is the BBR/Ronaele kit.

I still haven't done anything about the washer nozzle thing. I may look into that on my next day off. My hood only shakes when its pretty windy outside. On a normal calm day no hood shake on the highway doing 80 or anything. Add some wind and it'll dance some.

And finally here are some pictures of my finished hood.

so I drive a freakin hour in **** rush hour traffic on a Fri afternoon(11th) to get my hood painted. When I show up the wife of the painter tells me he went to the emergency room earlier because he had shingles right by the corner of his eye. The hood was supposed to be completed on the 18th. I found out today it will not be done until the 25th. I feel bad for the guy but this is the kind of luck I've had my whole freakin life Thanks for letting me vent

I left the car there thinking he might be back this past Mon. It is too far to pick my car up so I'm just keeping it there.(not my daily driver) They are a custom place ,so I know they will take care of it and they garage it at night.

Are they still sending out the hoods with the bow in them or have they got that problem fixed. Its seems about 50/50 getting a good hood that fits.

Well gang it looks like TruFiber has been following the discussions on their GTS hoods in the forums. Here is a link to another forum where the GTS-3 hood is discussed. From the photos it's the same as the GTS-2 but the rear intake area is curved to match the rear edge of the hood. It also looks to have a less pronounced center ridge. I wouldn't be surprised to see this one replace the GTS-2. Now I have no excuse for not getting this hood.

Ummm, you do know that this is the Blow By Racing kit, right? The same one that's on the two Chameleon Stangpede cars. It's not from Cervini's or Ronaele. It is however, identical to Ronaele.
