For those with the GTS-3 hoods. I know that the vent system on the hood has some pans you can mount. Do you use them? Is it a pain to keep the engine clean if you drive in rain and does the pan just hold water or does it just get redirected? I like that hood but am concerned about the vents and keeping my engine bay clean.

Nice job. Looks like it was made that way. Yep I am in Louisiana. Lots of rain and mine is a daily driver so I don't have much choice. Thanks for sharing.

I have gts2 and don't use the pans. you get a couple of water spots and that is it..No big deal... It is a pain for the covers though

Hey, I've seen a few pics of your car (hood, wheels, etc)... do you have any big pics of your entire car? I really like what I've seen so far.

Can all the people here who posted their aftermarket hood also let us know how much it cost to prep, paint, and install them?

I am trying to get a ballpark figure as to how much it will cost. I have asked some shops, but they aren't giving me any numbers unless they can see it and have an idea of how much work it will require (are there pinholes, etc?).

I'd love to get a worst case (crappy hood) and best case (high quality hood) scenario for a good quality paint job, so I have an idea what I am getting into.
