Why doesn't FRPP include an adjustable panhard bar with their handling pack ?

Hey everyone, I think I've finally decided on which lowering setup I'm going to purchase.
So in the meantime, let me know your opinions, and feedback either way.
1. BMR progressive rate lowering springs (Front)
2. BMR linear rate lowering springs (Rear)
3. Spohn tubular adj. panhard bar
4. CHE LCA relocation brackets (Rear)
