How Does Adjustable Panhard Bar Work?

How does an adjustable panhard bar move your rear end one way or the other when it looks to me like it attaches to 2 solid ends?

the picture doesn't show it correctly. but i believe the panhard end on the right is attached to the chassis frame. the picture makes it look like its attached to the axel but its not. the left side is attached to the axel and right side to the frame.

the passenger side actually connects to the chassis of the car, drivers side to the axel, adjustment can be made to shift either dirrection, unless you lower the car you probably wont have any need for one

I put Roush rear springs in about a year ago and it dropped the rear an inch. I measured it right after the install and it was only out about an 1/8. I meausred it again today and it's out about a 1/4 so I'm going to install the panhard bar. Thanks for the info because what you say makes since and the picture didn't.

Excellent post. My car isn't lowered (yet) but I want to beef up the axle girdle with what BMR is offering. If I do that, I will have to relocate the panhard rod, so I figured I would just get the adjustable now.

Ford Racing has a axle girdle/rear cover that does not require the relocation of the panhard bar.

I dropped my beast 1.5 inches and didnt notice the rear off center until i stuck the big meats on it. It was about 1 inch to the left, so after a little messing around, got it centered and put locktite on the locking nuts.

Found it! Part #M-4033-G2 has been added to my wish list.
