Well hopefully it was shipped as promised this past tuesday and I will be able to get it intalled in the next few days. Will keep everybody posted on results.

 

So does it cost extra to get it anodized? I also think it looks better like that. Is it possible to get red anodized?

Well these things must be selling like hot cakes or they only have one guy making them.... Ordered from GMS on July 11th and I'm still waiting (tomorrow is August). Originally ordered back in June from Summit Racing but that order got wacky so went to GMS directly. Been getting real tired of sitting here each night expecting to see the UPS guy show up and nothing . Does the pony express still exist cuz I think that's who's bringing it or maybe it hasn't been shipped yet? Gee, can you tell I'm getting a little "anxious"?... I'm glad they are selling well but do you think I could be included??? I hope all GMS parts don't take this long to get.

I am so wanting to believe in the product, but all we hear is how much the product is selling, blah, blah, blah. Then one person orders it on TMS, GMS has the op to prove us wrong, and.........

I'm sorry GMS, but I'm going with another product....probably CAI w/tune from one of the folks that can provide customers on TMS that have recieved there products and will gladly speak positive comments. Customer comments, not manufactures hipe, is what sells me. I really believe in the TMS "system" and so far GMS has ZERO customers......

By the way Harley, now that it has been like two weeks since your throttle body install, any changes in opinion or performance? Still no warning lights?

 

Yep, been running with no problems and you can feel the difference as well as it just plain looks better than the stock one. Stock has that ridge/valley that starts to gather dirt and junk where the GMS one is rounded and looks nice. I think the whole trick was just to make sure you just index the blades correctly.

 

Well, I've gone ahead and ordered this combo as well, throttle body should be sent out, but they're apparently behind on CAI orders, so was quoted about a week delay before the CAI ships. Here's to keeping the faith.

Yes, but you said mine would ship out on the 25th (which was already 2 weeks after I placed the order) and if it did ship on the 25th, 5 working days for ups would have been here yesterday (aug 1st). You don't know how frustrating it is trying to make sure somebody can be there waiting for the UPS guy to come (since it needs to be signed for) and I don't have people that can just sit there and wait (and I don't get home till 6:00pm). You need to send out tracking numbers once a shipment is made so that people will have an idea, especially since your NOT shipping the day of the order. I believe your trying to do the best you can but if your not careful you could hurt business. I know I am somewhat reluctant to place another order since I don't know when it would ship.
I did send you an email that I hope you will respond to some questions. I still feel your product is worth investigating and I will report my findings as honest as I can.

 

Did you go with the throttle body as well. I am going to do the exhaust here shortly but I want to get the MAS/CAI unit first. Dang Borla is just killing me so anybody want one, even polished the mufflers, let me know. Will give a good deal. (cat back).

Calibrating the electronics is the tricky part - if you order a CIA kit with no calibrated Electronics and opt to use your own flash tool - we ship the same day
