JR, It's me again. The aforementioned analysis is of some concern. Am I to expect that once my 07 hits 5,000, I'll have to send the MAS back to Granatelli to have it re-tuned? Are you tuning the MAS @ 9.5 or 1.0 A/F? Will .05 A/F make a difference? This would seem to be important. Thanks in advance.

I believe that's the a/f ratio at 5K RPM, not miles.

I will pass the good word on to Morgan - thanks

I tested the 06 and the 07 cars basically over a 3 day period and both goes drop from 12.0 to 1 air fuel to 9.5 to 1 at 5000 RPM. I just thought that was crazy. We do not tune the cars to run at 9.5 to 1 and that is a big reason we can make power at the top end. We really don;t do anything different then the tuner guys do. We just know how to do a lot of it through the meter. We also offer Fuego (1 month a way) that promises to be the ultimate flash tool. When Fuego comes out we will be able to sell you a CAI with calibrated MAF or a CAI with Fuego

Just ordered polished CAI for $350.00. That's an awesome deal! Thanks for offering it JR. Spoke to chris, great customer service! Can't wait until it arrives! JR, on another note I've had several of your companies parts over the years on various mustangs and one or two chevy's (I know... for shame) and no problems or complaints! You make quality parts @ fair prices! Thanks

The Exhaust Note....

Well I put the exhaust on last weekend and now the package is complete. I just started the car and it's not even warmed up yet but you can get the drift. Much better sounding in person...A very aggressive sound and NO DRONE.... (at 1/2 the price). Let me know what ya all think? I should get a driveby and takeoff in another day or so and I will add them to the link.

Just a hunch, but I'm guessing they will be better than anything else in the known universe.

Isn't it nice that we have so many experts with such pearls of wisdom. And yet, amazingly no real contributions? How sad.

Glad to see you have kept a friendly attitude. Fuego will hold its own withthe best of them. As of today it is the only tool with an upgradable and removable memory card. So you can now transfer files from the tool to the computer without the need of the flashtool. You can data log with Fuego for hours and then pop the memory card into any card reader and do with the info whatever you chose.

Since all you seem to read are GMS threads, then you could certainly believe that pal.

Although I disagree with the personal attacks that have been made on this thread, it's incorrect to say that Don W has not made significant contributions to TMS through his posts and advice. I have been a member for sometime and have read many of his posts that contained very helpful information.

We all know Don and Ski are not JR Granatelli fans and never will be. How about we all agree to disagree and move on to more constructive posts about our cars and ways to improve them.

Hey HarleyBill, What size are those tips, GMS says 4", but they look like 3" to me... Sound Great! Nice looking car.
