You got some on your car?
Yeah I got some on my car!

Well be taking some sound clips of stock, compared to JBA, compared to the FRPP S type which should be in the mail tomorrow. Can anybody host sound clips?
I can try to host it. I tried my sites the other day and they were down. So i'm not sure if it will work or not.

Thanks Brandon, I already talked to Pete last week about hosting them for us. I a computer retard, so I made sure I asked someone else if they could do it before offering up the clips.

Oh yeah, lot's of nice echo effects in there I drive through it everyday!

Yes, that would be great to meetup if you ever make it over this way. We're thinking about a Memorial Day roadtrip next year to San Diego.
I'll probably be in Phoenix this year between Christmas and New Years. My parents and my in-laws all live there. In fact, my in-laws are in Glendale.

If you come to SD, let me know!!

And I'll be in Kansas visiting my in-laws. I may be back before New Years though, I haven't yet sewn up the details.

For anyone who wants to host their soundclips, movies, or whatever:

You may have noticed this little website in my signature, become a member and start a gallery. You can upload movies, pics, files anything you want. The allowed Gallery space, and upload limit is VERY large and will acommidate just about anything you throw at it.

It's where Fryguy put his!

Got my FRPP stypes installed on Saturday. All I can say is D@$*. They sound awesome. The bass they emit when you first rev it up and let the clutch in omg!! I didnt reset the computer and I did notice it to be a bit uneven (in the beginning) in power above 3500 rpms BUT its already gotten rid of that.. I think it jsut takes a bit to learn, but a hard launch really pulls hard I wont go to say its harder now but I do feel that extra bit of tq down low especially when on the interstate in 5th and the rpms are right at 2400. My passenger side tip isnt as perfectly aligned as the drivers side but Im gonna work on it today when I wash it up. Overall anyone who is ordering the FRPP or BOrla stypes, you wont be disapointed.

Btw... My neighbors may have been upset friday nite when i installed them at 11:30pm.. I tried to leave the neighborhood "quietly" but I dont think i was successful. I kept sticking the clutch in and everytime Id let the the clutch back out to be as quiet as possible BASS would resonate everywhere OMG .. I kinda felt bad

My passenger side tip is giving me problems as well. I tried a few times to bend the hanger to get it right, and it just isn't workin.

I need to get it up on a lift to get it.

The S-Type FRPP exhaust is sweet. My son knows when daddy is coming from from a few blocks away. He says "Daddy's home..."

Also, I am in the process of buying a new house and drove through the neighborhood the other day, the looks where interesting. Wait until they find out that I am going to be their new neighbor!!

Well, Hatch installed my FRPP system tonight. It's not wake your nieghbors up kinda loud like I had expected, but it's def. louder than it was. I am going to try and take some sound clips tomorrow night after I get her home from the dealer. I need to e-mail the vids to someone so that they can host them. I have no idea how nor the capabilities to change them to any other type of file, they will have to be as is.

You're about the 3rd person who's mentioned pass side allignment...mine too! It seems to sit in the whole fine, but doesn't slick out as far as the driver side. Hard to notice without really looking, but you know how "WE" are...gotta be spot on. Everytime I get in or out of the car, I'm back there staring. Might as well pack a set of calipers!

Did you really expect that?

As long as there is a muffler back there (regardless of brand), the sound will be... uhhh... muffled. For "wake the neighbor" loud, you need a muffler delete kit.

The FRPP type S is definitely louder. Louder at idle, louder at full rev, more drone, and deeper. The exhaust outlets are also bigger, and fill up the hole better.

But, the FRPP don't fit as well. The driver's side hangs too far to the left, and too low. Could be fixed by taking it off and bending the support rods a little. Also, lot more drone in the cockpit, not sure if I'd like it on a long trip.

We'll try and get a clip and get someone to post it up.

I thought my wife was going to kill me becasue of the drone. We had a 800+ mile roadtrip the next weekend and surprisingly she didn't mind it.

Might be an more of an issue with an auto than with a manual. I sure don't mind it though.

I like the feedback it gives me

The only thing I don't like so far is the way the tips are almost under the bumper. They don't stick out at all. The driver side one is to the left too much, which doesn't bother me as long as it's not touching, but I wish they were not so recessed.

I dont mind them being under there... They sort of match the flow of the rear bumper. Ie: The angle kinda matches the flange on the bottom of the bumper. But thats just my opinion. The drone is there if you drive below 65mph in 5th gear. 60 is pretty rough climbing a hill but I just simply get it up to 65 and keep it above that or just downshift to 4th. The drone sounds cool and my wife just hated it when Id purposely drive in the drone range. However, my 4 hr trip up I81 was a non-issue. At 75 mph the sound in the cockpit (windows up) is essentially the same as stock. Anyone else notice how sweet sounding it is just above 2100 rpms? It sounds so deep and awesome when you are on the throttle a bit.
