You will have to change the Revs/Mile in the tune.

The Revs/Mile have an influence on how the auto shifts. Before you race lift either the + or - terminal of the battery for a few minutes this will clear the KAM (adaptive learning) You should be good to go.

Will I have any problems with a mail-in tune considering i'm in a high altitude area? The altitude around here is about 4,000 give or take a few hundred feet.

Yes & and either one that I upload runs better than stock or factory !
