Exactly. I can personally vouch for Ken and his excellent customer service. I live over an hour away from MD and came down there on a Friday evening after work around 4pm to work on my tune. Ken stayed until after 7pm until he got everything just right.

I felt bad for him staying that long after hours, especially on a Friday!! I dont know too many guys that would do that for just anyone. I didnt even know Ken, so that really stood out in my mind of how he runs things over there. Plus his tune is awesome!! Everyone there that I have dealt with, Kelly and Nancye up at the front desk, and Mike....all great people!

Thanks guys. I consider all my customers friends. That gets me in trouble sometimes, but for the most part I treat everyone that way.

I won't lie, there are sometimes that I'm hard to reach, especially during race season. But I'm trying to get better at that. My phone now has email and interenet access, so that should help alot.

That's why I respond so quickly now. Alot of the time it's on my phone.

Good, start your own thread and then please delete the above post. No reason to post that in here. I use Granatelli products often, but I don't think your post is really proper in this particular thread.

No problem. I understand how much it sucks to be misunderstood.

For anyone reading this, Granatelli is just interested in selling his product like anyone else. He takes alot of grief on the message boards for various reasons. But how many other manufacturers are out there posting and helping you guys? Granatelli also supports the Modular Depot forums which we greatly appreciate.

Tunes

In my area it's difficult to find gas above 91 octane. Can you produce an 87 and a 91 tune for this CAI?

Yes, the V6 will be the next one we release! We can usually get a few MPH but it's not really a commonly requested feature (more fuel economy) most people just want more power.

I don't see why he couldn't. You can adjust the rev limiter yourself with onboard menu of the xcal2

Wow... Ken, you may well be the vehicle of my Divorce...

That is a very nice looking intake, and exactly what I have been looking for. Now, if the VA would get off their butts and get me my cash...
