Every post you make inches me closer and closer to buying my blower.

Almost have enough for my carillo rods, manley pistons and billet crank. I might just buy the supercharger first because of you lol

Haha, thanks tony! But it looks like I'll just be able to do my GT/CS fascia if at all. The intake and tune are not ready yet, unfortunately. According to JDM, the intake isn't shipping from roush till tomorrow. That means not till next week for arrival. Now I'm even second guessing whether or not I should bother installing the gtcs fascia just yet, since I'll have to take it apart again to install the halo fogs. Hmmmmph. I might have to wait till next week at the earliest

Yes sir... Cooler plugs indeed. They're the -M50 ford racing plugs for supercharged applications. Jdm and other reputable tuners run these and recommend these in all their SC and turbo applications with great success. The includes TVS, whipple, edelbrock etc. And yes they're 1 degree colder.

The pulley is 3.6 instead of the 3.9 on my Maggie now. 9psi vs 7psi respectively.

Sorry about coercing you into a blower. In my defense though, it's the most fun I've ever had in a car. In addition, a blower on a car, especially in a mustang is also like a right of passage, esp at carshows. People "expect" you to have blowers. 9/10 stangs had blowers. I got tired of being 1/10. Lol.

Given all that, go get one

you mean it's on a lot in front of you and your ordered car hasn't arrived yet?

…but there are seemingly so few silvers out there.

Nah the dealer is in Seattle. My car arrived 6/26, but I'm going to pick it up Saturday. I do like that the Silver GTs are rare. It would mess up my whole P-51 theme if I went with the SGM, but if I wasn't doing that theme, SGM would've been my color choice. It doesn't make it easy when they optioned it exactly like my order lol. I'll say, if the SGM one has been driven at all, I don't want it. If it's brand spankin new just like mine, I'll think about it...

Oh it's not a matter of if... It's a matter of how many miles are on it when you take it home!!! Hahaha

Lol I honestly do too, but there's so many on TMS and around here. Besides, my P-51 theme on the silver will be 1/1 so not like I'll see another silver one like it...

Started out dipping my chrome grille surround and the pony emblem...didn't really like how it turned out so I tore it all off and threw some krylon on instead. We'll see how well it holds up.

Nothing... the outer bands of Hurricane Arthur reached Massachusetts around noon, it has been raining steadily since then.

Washed it this morning, then drove it into rain in Columbus, then drove it back into rain in San Antonio. Also had to take a detour over a two-lane county road for 17 miles that was unpaved. I didn't even look at it when I got to the house. I'll deal with it tomorrow.

It's probably a good thing you didn't look at it..Your head might have exploded at the sight of it!
