Very nice. I'm glad you got the bobs too vs the jlt. I'm looking to do my own hoses and fittings. Can you describe how the fittings go on the end of the hose? And how does that secure on the fitting on the bobs? Screw on?

I'm not a hose guy LOL so I bought it with the fittings on the catch can side already done by Bob's. For this Ultimate GT500 kit to work on the Roush setup the lower catch can fitting had to be removed (45 degree) for a straight connector. They left a generous amount of hose and I only had to cut it to length then use the shrink connectors on the engine side.

Ah that's what I meant... How did you secure the shrink connectors? I'm sure the hose ends were frayed right? And then did that just screw on to the pcv connector end?

Ah okay, once I measured the distance (a few times) I marked the hose where I wanted to cut then removed the catch can from the car and took the can and the two PCV valves inside and used a blow dryer on the heat shrink connectors. They key to having no frays is as per Bob's instructions you wrap a piece of electrical tape around the hose were you will be cutting. I used my razor knife with a new blade. You then remove the tape. Yes the hoses just push in to place on the PCV connectors (have to work on it but it's good that it's tight).
My hair dryer is not very powerful but it secured the shrink connectors on fairly good then after driving it for 10 or so miles the engine bay heat shrunk them up very firmly.

Yup. The $2.50 "stubby mod"

Cut the antenna short and put a black rubber cap on it. Bought a small package of caps at the local Advance Auto for $2.50. Have a few spares in case this one dries up and cracks.

Radio reception's still good.

Purty isn't it? I searched hi and low for a silver gt. Only one was available in all the land. Of the land of 13 dealers in my area and surrounding areas. I love it. Easy to keep clean, well looking clean. It gleams in the sun. Need shades to look at it.

Thanks Tony! I appreciate it. I haven't been able to cruise like you. Weather in midwest is iffy for last week or 2. In fact, we are under a tornado warning currently. I didn't even drive. Had wifey drop me off... lol

You're welcome bud.
Man, that sucks. Hopefully it clears up soon so you can cruise. We're supposed to get crappy weather for Wednesday to possibly Friday.
Take care man.
